Thus far you have read several articles about ways in which to improve your productivity. I have yet another productivity tool to add to your arsenal. Some of you may be under the impression that journaling is only for angry, young teenage girls, but that is quite the contrary.  Journaling has many benefits that you can use to improve productivity and improve the overall quality of your life.
